Summary: The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was on the first floor so you could hear kids running around understandable but till 2am. I wanted to sit outside my room and the view was the stairs to go upstairs. The neighbors had other guest sitting outside & took the chairs. I did remove an ashtray from the area which ended back in my area with a cigarette butt in it & my chair that I retrieved from neighbors had someone sitting in it outside my room the next day. The 5 minute walk to the beach made the minor things seem trivial.
